quotes "if i remember correctly" so you dont know what kind of problem they had for sure, but they got screwed over by the factory that was making there frames, im sure if there were frames available to replace they ones that needed to be warrantied they would have gotten sent out but there were none, new bike take time, personally ive seen this bike in person and it is an amazing looking bike on and off the track, and i would love to ride one
